Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or related roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to research and identify potential customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or industry events
