Role Overview
The role will focus on using tools such as Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google AI Studio/Gemini, and similar platforms to improve and automate business workflows.
What You Will Do
Build, test, deploy, document and maintain business workflow automations using Make.com and Microsoft Power Automate as preferred platforms; n8n, Zapier or comparable platforms are also relevant.

Requirements
- Microsoft Power Automate expertise
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building business automations in Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier or a comparable workflow platform
- Practical experience with AI tools such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google AI Studio/Gemini, Claude or comparable platforms
- Hands-on Zendesk experience OR meaningful experience implementing/administering another customer-service/ticketing platform
- Strong business-process thinking: ability to understand a manual SOP, identify automation opportunities, define exceptions and build a reliable workflow
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON or system integrations sufficient to work effectively with technical vendors
- Strong English communication, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail and documentation discipline
