Senior Ecommerce Account Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Ecommerce Account Manager will play a key role in accelerating Munchkin’s Ecommerce growth in Canada by managing and growing Amazon Canada, digital-first Canadian retailers, and Munchkin Baby Canada’s direct-to-consumer website.

The role will develop and execute online sales plans, ecommerce strategies, digital marketing programs, and best-in-class product presentations that drive sales, margin, customer engagement, and brand growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Ecommerce sales, Ecommerce merchandising, omnichannel sales, or a related field
• Experience managing Ecommerce accounts and online retail partners, preferably Amazon Canada or similar major digital retailers
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketing, digital advertising, product content, site merchandising, category management, and online customer experiences
• Working knowledge of websites, digital advertising platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, Ecommerce platforms, and analytics tools
• Ability to analyze sales, customer, and digital performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
• Strong communication, relationship-management, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills
• High learning agility and ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Sales, Marketing, Global Ecommerce, customers, and other cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
