AVP FP&A Business Partner

Role Overview

Responsible for financial reporting, expense management, forecast, and planning for the PRS division. Interacts with senior leadership across HSB and reporting teams at Munich Re on PRS division performance and outlook.

What You Will Do

Performs financial modeling and scenario analysis. Coordinates with finance and operations to assess operational impact of business initiatives and assist in the implementation of new business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
• MBA with concentration in Finance, CPA or CFA preferred
• 15+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of broad operations management experience in the insurance industry
• Experience presenting complex financial information to senior management
• Strong combination of business acumen and technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
