Role Overview
Join our data and AI transformation journey as a Data Engineer who loves data and wants to turn it into real business value. You will work closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into well-structured data solutions and help build the trusted data foundation for analytics, digital solutions and AI at Munters.
What You Will Do
Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges and turn needs into valuable data solutions. Design clear, scalable and reusable data models. Make trusted data available for reporting, analysis and decision-making. Develop and maintain our next-generation data platform together with the team.

Approximately 1-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence or a related field. A genuine passion for data, business value and stakeholder collaboration. A strong interest in data modelling and well-structured, reusable data.
Requirements

- A strong interest in data modelling and well-structured, reusable data
- Curiosity, ownership and an eagerness to learn new skills
- Experience with SQL and an understanding of how data is structured and transformed
- Some experience with, or an interest in learning, cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS or Snowflake
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, Python, Java, Power BI or enterprise resource planning systems is valuable
