Role Overview
A well-funded energy company is scaling from R&D into construction and manufacturing, and needs a senior, hands-on people operations leader to handle sensitive issues and build the function as headcount grows.
What You Will Do
Own employee relations, advise managers and leadership, build out core people operations, and work with the people systems team on HRIS and process automation.
