Role Overview
The Business Development Manager maintains business development relationships with attorneys, develops and implements strategies to expand client relationships and increase revenue, and oversees the business development team and departmental processes.
What You Will Do
Identify and analyze opportunities for new business, manage lateral partner integration programs, oversee RFP management, manage business development budgets, consult with attorneys, oversee client and practice group events, review collateral, and monitor client and industry trends.
