Role Overview
We are looking for organized, detail-oriented professionals to join MyOutDesk as Sales Support Representatives supporting U.S.-based clients. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of a sales team — keeping the CRM up to date, managing lead pipelines, following up on proposals, and making sure no opportunity goes cold.
What You Will Do
Manage and update CRM records, follow up with leads and prospects, schedule discovery calls, track proposal status, handle inbound inquiries, execute outreach sequences, maintain pipeline accuracy, and meet weekly activity targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, CRM, or customer-facing role — BPO or U.S-client experience preferred and must be documented on your resume
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1)
- Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) — required
- Comfortable making occasional outbound calls and sending professional emails in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client success
