Staff Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager (focussed on Enterprise) to strengthen how n8n defines, positions, and brings its enterprise offering to market. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leadership through influence rather than people management.

What You Will Do

Own crucial elements of enterprise product marketing strategy and execution, define enterprise positioning and narratives, lead go-to-market planning and execution, create and improve sales enablement materials, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Senior Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in technical products
• Strong background in enterprise PMM, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement
• Proven ability to operate as a senior IC, balancing strategy with execution
• Experience supporting complex buying cycles and enterprise customers
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing
• Excellent prioritisation and judgement across a broad scope
• Strong written communication and content development skills
