Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Oracle CPQ Technical Consultant

Role Overview

We’re Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company. We’re looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud integrations, implementations, and configurations. The role requires 8+ years of experience in enterprise application consulting, with a strong focus on Oracle CPQ Cloud.

What You Will Do

The Senior Staff Engineer will lead and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud integrations, configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules, develop and optimize BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based document templates, and design and implement integrations between Oracle CPQ and CRM/ERP platforms.

Requirements

• Total Experience 8+ years
• Strong experience in enterprise application consulting with hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud
• Strong hands-on expertise in BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approval workflows
• Proven experience in Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration patterns
• Experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, document generation, and customizations
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based document templates
• Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, production deployments, and release management
• Familiarity with version control, DevOps practices, and enterprise application deployment processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client-facing skills
• Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams
• Oracle CPQ certification is an added advantage
