Role Overview
Nation Security is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen our footprint in the security services industry.
What You Will Do
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand into new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably within the security or related service industries.

- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other digital marketing or outreach platforms.
- Strong understanding of security services, client expectations, and relevant industry regulations.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
