Role Overview
Support the customer by leveraging data analytics, business intelligence tools, and cloud-based technologies to improve operational effectiveness, program performance, and decision-making. Work with large and complex datasets to develop dashboards, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven initiatives across customer programs.
What You Will Do
Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for risks, integrity, and optimized ingest. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Qlik Sense/QlikView. Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Python, PostreSQL, and other data management tools.

Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 9+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense and/or QlikView for dashboard development and reporting
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based data environments, or demonstrated ability to work within AWS platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
