NCC is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to drive revenue performance across the organization by analyzing pipeline analytics, pricing and contract performance, renewal and attrition trends, sales productivity, and GTM reporting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, FP&A, Consulting, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with BI and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with SQL strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to frontline teams and executive leadership
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
