Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Role Overview

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis helps manage the company’s financial forecasts, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. The Manager supports the Director of FP&A and assists in providing financial consulting and strategic support to senior management.

What You Will Do

The Manager will analyze current and past trends of key performance indicators, manage governance of FP&A reporting, and design and develop monthly and/or quarterly financial reports. The Manager will also provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university
• At least 5-7 years related experience
• Proven experience successfully leading a team
• Must be able to perform complex analysis
• Must be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to think creatively
• Must be highly driven, and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
• Experience in an international professional services environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
