Revenue Growth Management Coordinator

Role Overview

The Revenue Growth Management Coordinator will analyze and drive commercial performance of multiple channels, focusing on gross margin management and WAPE monitoring.

What You Will Do

The Collaborator will lead the simulation of return and incremental margin of promotional mechanics, build and maintain promotional effectiveness guides, and ensure post-mortem of main actions.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Commercial Planning, Financial Planning, Sales Intelligence, or S&OP, with a background or proven experience in RGM and/or Pricing.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Commercial Planning, Financial Planning, Sales Intelligence or S&OP
• Background or proven experience in RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and/or Pricing is a differential
• Strong experience in managing financial and commercial KPIs, especially Gross Margin and demand/planning accuracy indicators (such as WAPE, MAPE, etc.)
• Understanding of the dynamics of multiple sales channels (Desirable knowledge in Direct Sales, E-commerce and Physical Retail)
• Highly analytical profile, focused on problem-solving and ability to translate large volumes of data into executive insights (Storytelling with data)
• Domain expertise in promotional effectiveness analysis, margin decomposition (volume, price, mix) and elasticity
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to communicate and influence, given the role of leading forums and interacting with various planning areas
