Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist will execute, optimize, and measure digital marketing programs to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across priority markets. This role is ideal for a marketing operations professional with 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will serve as a key administrator for Nautilus’s marketing technology stack, manage paid media campaigns, and optimize the website for traffic growth and stickiness.

Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot
- Experience with data cleansing, list hygiene, deduplication, field standardization, and maintaining accurate marketing database records
- Experience maintaining websites and landing pages
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, website usability, landing page testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey improvements
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and AEO fundamentals
- Experience executing and reporting on paid and organic campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, or other digital advertising channels
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, UTM tracking, dashboard development, data visualization, and performance reporting
- Strong project management skills with experience using Monday.com, or similar platform
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
