Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets for MS, HSD, Lubes, and Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) products, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the energy or petrochemicals industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
