The Territory Sales Manager – Ops will lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets for MS, HSD, Lubes, and Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) products, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the petroleum industry
- Strong understanding of sales operations, customer relationships, and market trends
