Role Overview

As Director, Sales Strategy & Monetization, you’ll help shape the growth strategy for NBCUniversal Local’s advertising business across broadcast, streaming, digital, and emerging media platforms. You’ll lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand monetization opportunities, and help accelerate key areas including NBC Spot On, programmatic advertising, retail media, and small business solutions.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategic partnerships and deals, lead or support sales analytics projects, drive the launch and execution of new growth initiatives, identify and cultivate new clients and revenue streams, oversee financial modeling and performance analysis, and lead or support strategic planning and execution across both digital and linear platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5+) years work experience within media BD & Strategy, investment bank or management consulting firm.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
  • Deep knowledge of the digital, mobile and/or television businesses
  • Extensive understanding of linear and digital revenue analysis and tracking
  • Knowledge of Local Agencies and Local Sales ecosystem and players
