Role Overview
The Media Operations Manager will lead the Media Operations team responsible for delivering media support for content production, providing processes, resourcing, and guidance to ensure team objectives & SLAs are met. The role reports to the Director, Operations.
What You Will Do
The Manager, Media Operations, will be primarily responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the team within our Media Operations Center, supporting the NBCU Local News field, editorial, and production teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in radio, television & film, journalism, operations, or related fields. Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desired.

- Experience leading operational functions of mid to major market news or live event production operations
- Experience with media asset management systems and methodologies
