Role Overview
Neara is a global company that uses advanced machine learning to create digital twins of electricity grids. The Director of Revenue Operations will own the strategy and execution of the global GTM operating system, connecting account planning, regional pod operating rhythms, upstream campaigns, incentives, pricing, and contracting.
What You Will Do
The role involves owning a cohesive GTM measurement strategy, producing actionable reporting, building and managing standardized account planning processes, and leading core operating cadences.
