Role Overview
The Senior People Operations Partner will build and scale a best-in-class global People Operations function, delivering exceptional employee experiences, simplifying complex processes, and accelerating self-service, automation, and AI-enabled operations.
What You Will Do
The role combines operational judgment, HR technology expertise, strong cross-functional partnership, and end-to-end ownership of improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include employee lifecycle and service delivery, HR technology, automation, and AI, operational excellence and employee experience, and data, compliance, and insights.
