Senior Growth Architect

Role Overview

The Senior Growth Architect supports demand generation across a focused portfolio of Nemetschek’s divisional brands. Working closely with Sales & Marketing leadership across brands, this role translates overall demand strategy, priorities, and standards into brand-specific growth plans and hands-on execution.

What You Will Do

Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze demand generation initiatives across relevant channels, define and run A/B, multivariate, and matched-market tests, and measure and report performance by channel and tactic.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting or B2B marketing
• experience scaling customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through digital and integrated marketing programs
• experience planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel growth initiatives in an agency, consulting, or in-house environment
• highly organized, with strong project management, communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• ability to use funnel, campaign, and customer data to generate actionable insights and optimize growth performance
• experience developing hypotheses, running experiments, interpreting results, and applying learnings to improve performance
• ability to independently drive assigned brand work while operating within shared demand strategy, priorities, measurement standards, and best practices
• experience with key platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
