Role Overview

NeoWork is hiring Marketing Managers to own marketing delivery for U.S. companies and agency clients. You will turn strategy into executed campaigns across SEO, paid media, and marketing operations, and keep projects, vendors, and stakeholders on track.

What You Will Do

Own marketing projects end to end, manage deliverables and timelines, brief and manage contractors, lead client or stakeholder calls, analyze results, and flag risks.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy, agency or client services experience, and proficiency in GA4 and project management tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy
• Agency or client services experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday)
• Professional spoken and written English, comfortable leading calls
