Role Overview

NeoWork is hiring Marketing Managers to own marketing delivery for U.S. companies and agency clients. You will turn strategy into executed campaigns across SEO, paid media, and marketing operations, and keep projects, vendors, and stakeholders on track.

What You Will Do

Own marketing projects end to end, from plan to launch to reporting; Manage deliverables and timelines in tools such as Asana or ClickUp; Brief and manage contractors, designers, and specialists; Lead client or stakeholder calls and report on performance; Analyze results in GA4 and recommend optimizations; Flag risks, blockers, and scope changes early.

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy; Agency or client services experience in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis; Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday); Professional spoken and written English, comfortable leading calls; Strong ownership and written communication skills.
