Go-to-Market Engineer – Proven B2B SaaS Builder

We are hiring a hands-on Go-to-Market Engineer to build and run pipeline generation for our AI-native SaaS business. This is a strict requirement role: the candidate must have done this before, must have real hands-on Go-to-Market execution experience, and must have helped generate significant revenue for a startup; candidates who have directly contributed to or achieved $1M ARR growth in a startup environment will have a strong advantage.

Role Mandate

  • Build and run our B2B Go-to-Market engine end to end.
  • Independently generate qualified pipeline, meetings, and revenue.
  • Use AI tools, Claude Code, automation, and agent-based workflows to improve Go-to-Market speed and output. Your existing Go-to-Market direction already centers on Claude Code, connectors, and agent-led execution for a lean revenue engine.
  • Help drive the business toward $1M ARR.

Key Requirements

  • Must have done B2B SaaS Go-to-Market before in a startup or early-stage company.
  • Must have hands-on experience in pipeline generation, outbound execution, prospecting, CRM workflows, and conversion improvement.
  • Must be able to independently build and run outreach, follow-up, qualification, and Go-to-Market systems.
  • Must be comfortable using Claude Code, AI workflows, automation tools, and modern Go-to-Market stack.
  • Must show evidence of revenue impact, pipeline ownership, or measurable growth contribution.
  • Added advantage: candidate has previously helped a startup reach $1M ARR or has personally played a meaningful role in achieving that milestone. Startup hiring patterns for Go-to-Market builder roles increasingly prioritize proven zero-to-one execution, systematic experiments, and measurable pipeline impact over generic experience labels.

Ideal Profile

The best-fit person is not a conventional salesperson, but a builder-operator who has already worked in a startup, understands zero-to-one Go-to-Market, and knows how to turn tools, workflows, data, and messaging into revenue. Roles framed as Go-to-Market engineering increasingly emphasize startup operator experience, pipeline ownership, tool fluency, and repeatable experimentation rather than credentials alone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and operate the end-to-end Go-to-Market engine.
  • Generate qualified B2B pipeline and meetings independently.
  • Run outbound prospecting, sequencing, personalization, follow-up, and CRM workflows.
  • Use Claude Code and AI tools to set up agents, automations, and Go-to-Market systems.
  • Track performance across funnel metrics and improve conversion continuously.
  • Work directly with founders to drive revenue and Go-to-Market scale.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Go-to-Market in a startup environment.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strong working knowledge of outbound, CRM, lead sourcing, enrichment, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to independently execute without handholding.
  • Comfortable with AI-native Go-to-Market execution, including Claude Code, prompts, workflows, and agent setup.

Strong Advantage

  • Previously helped a startup reach $1M ARR or have hands-on experience in the growth story
  • Experience in zero-to-one or early-stage Go-to-Market buildout.
  • Experience selling AI SaaS or automation-led products.

Only apply if you have already done hands-on B2B SaaS Go-to-Market in a startup and can show proof of pipeline or revenue impact.
