Marketing Operations Associate (Contract)

Role Overview

As a Marketing Operations Associate, you’ll own the operational and administrative work that supports NerdWallet’s Student Loans business. You’ll work across the full Student Loans portfolio, handling the recurring execution that keeps our marketplace running.

What You Will Do

Your work will provide a reliable operational foundation that enables the team to scale marketing channels and pursue growth initiatives while helping consumers make informed financial decisions.

You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact in process lender-initiated compliance updates, build and maintain marketing reports, and manage landing page content and lender display order across the Student Loans marketplace.

Requirements

• Approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Comfort working with numerical data
• Ability to quickly learn and use new platforms and internal tools
• Clear, professional written communication
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Adaptability and comfort switching between compliance, content, reporting, billing, contracts, and affiliate operations
