Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Communicate the value of Bright Horizons’ early education and care programs through strategic revenue-driving marketing initiatives. Develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to grow enrollment and revenue for childcare and preschool business.

What You Will Do

Develop compelling messaging and positioning for childcare and preschool programs across channels, assets, and campaigns. Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market plans to launch new features/updates/products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• In lieu of a degree, an additional 5 years of experience may be considered
• 5 years in Marketing (preferably in the early education/childcare/preschool industry)
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the childcare or education industry.
• Work autonomously and consult with necessary parties on key decisions.
• Experience developing product collateral and messaging that directly supports marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
• Adept at managing tight timelines, competing priorities, and projects that span multiple departments
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, including client organizations and partner teams
• Demonstrated success in developing campaigns that measurably generate interest in a product or service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical thinker, capable of assessing how marketing efforts contribute to opportunity creation and organizational growth
