Role Overview
The Sales Analytics team is the analytical intelligence engine that powers our sales team. The insights, data, and analytical expertise that our Sales Analysts provide shape our strategic business decisions and equip our sales team to meet our consumer needs and drive category growth.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include: Proactively generate actionable insights that support the current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance. Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities through the utilization of syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, Sell out) and other data resources.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams is required. Intermediate/advanced skills in Excel (Xlookups, pivots, etc.) and intermediate skill in AI (Copilot, Claude, etc.) and applications with AI in analytics are preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Excel (Xlookups, pivots, etc.)
- Intermediate skill in AI (Copilot, Claude, etc.) and applications with AI in analytics
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals
