Marketing Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is the operational interface between MS (NBS Marketing Solutions) business partners and MS service teams for all cross-service requests utilizing NBS Marketing Solutions. The role is responsible for the E2E brief intake, orchestration delivery management of key cross-service requests towards MS services and acts as the single point of contact for MS towards the business.

What You Will Do

A day in the life of the Marketing Operations Coordinator includes cross-service brief intake, specification and enrichment with business partners and/or other MS roles, cross-service project plan development, planning and management of projects throughout the entire life cycle, gathering of approvals and feedback from MS business partner served in the requests, and more.

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, updates, and project status clearly and effectively
• Understanding of and practical experience with E2E digital marketing processes, consumer engagement, search, e-commerce, content, CRM, D2C, design, branding, social media and marketing analytics and the related channels
• Understand marketing technology & project management tools
• Experience with Jira a definite plus
