Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Salesforce Developer & Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal to the success of our new Certinia implementation for Professional Services within our Salesforce org.

The ideal candidate will be involved from the ground up — starting from implementation through post-go-live enhancements — and will serve as a key technical resource throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Scheduled, Queueable), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Expert-level knowledge of declarative tools — Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects/Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, and Lightning App Builder
• Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA (Projects, Resource Management, Timecards, Expenses, Billing, Revenue Recognition)
• Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar)
• Proficiency with data migration and management tools such as Data Loader, Dataflow, or Informatica
• Familiarity with SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
• Ability to build complex Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and leverage Certinia’s native reporting capabilities
