Sales Ops Program Manager (Power BI & SQL)

Role Overview

The Senior Data & Analytics Program Manager is a business-savvy analytics leader who can run multiple dashboard and reporting programs end to end across sales operations, revenue analytics, and executive business insights.

What You Will Do

Manage multiple Power BI dashboard projects simultaneously, design and deliver scalable Power BI solutions, ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, governance, and alignment between Power BI, SFDC, and source data systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, revenue analytics, or GTM analytics
• Hands-on Dashboard Designing skills for developing visually appealing dashboards
• Proven experience building executive-level Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, operational reporting frameworks, and data visualization solutions
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DAX, data modeling, Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, and modern BI delivery practices
• Strong partner program management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, lead cross-functional delivery, mentor analytics team members, and communicate trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders
