Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
• Extensive experience with Salesforce’s out-of-the-box capabilities, components, and configurations
• Proficient in configuration, customization, and programming with Apex, Web Services, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Visualforce, and JSON
• In-depth Salesforce.com integration experience with enterprise services via real-time APIs, Streaming APIs, offline sync, and integrations with other Salesforce orgs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor limits and proven ability to design scalable applications
• Practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex, Lightning, AppExchange, and other Salesforce metadata
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Salesforce
• Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and platform limitations
• Good knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, preferably Oracle
• Prior experience in Reactive JS development and REST-based service development
• Experience working on Agile project teams is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task/project management, and organizational skills
• Extensive programming and development experience
• Experience integrating and leveraging Agentic AI tools to enhance sales processes, forecasting, and lead management
• Ability to design and implement AI-powered features within Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Familiarity with configuring and consuming AI-driven analytics dashboards and reports to support data-driven sales decisions
