Associate Sales Enablement Specialist

Role Overview

The Associate Sales Enablement Specialist will support the design, development, and delivery of onboarding, product, process, sales-skills, and refresher programs. They will build role-based learning experiences for various teams and facilitate virtual and instructor-led sessions.

What You Will Do

The role involves creating and maintaining e-learning modules, presentations, playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, learner guides, quizzes, certifications, video scripts, and product walkthroughs. They will also support new product launches, feature releases, and ongoing product refreshers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Content Development, or a related role
• Demonstrated experience creating professional training materials, presentations, job aids, or digital learning content
• Strong written communication, editing, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to simplify complex product, technical, or process information for varied audiences
• Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders
