Manager Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Manager Revenue Operations will lead a team of GTM Operations/Data Operations professionals, own the strategy and execution for expanding Netradyne’s GTM account and contact database, and leverage AI and agentic workflows for account research, contact discovery, enrichment, validation, and data classification.

The key responsibilities include GTM database expansion, data enrichment & intelligence, Salesforce data management, GTM data technology & AI, people management & team leadership, data quality & governance, reporting & analytics, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of total professional experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Operations, Business Operations, or a related data-focused function
• 1–2 years of people management / team leadership experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly CRM data management, reporting, list views, data quality, and database management
• Strong experience with GTM data and enrichment platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, PrimeRole, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Demonstrated experience in account and contact sourcing, database expansion, enrichment, validation, and data quality management
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, Power Query, and complex formulas
• Strong understanding of CRM data governance, deduplication, normalization, and data hygiene
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing team members
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high data quality and operational standards
