Online Marketing Manager – Websites, SEO & Conversion

Role Overview

Implement modern websites, contribute to visibility, reach, and lead generation as part of the Leads & Sales team at neumeier AG.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages, increase online visibility through SEO, and optimize conversion for targeted lead generation.

Requirements

• Completed education or studies in marketing, communication, e-commerce, media informatics, or a comparable field
• Relevant professional experience in online marketing or digital marketing, ideally also in project leadership of web projects
• Experience in creating and optimizing websites and landing pages with a good sense of design and user-friendliness (UX)
• Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• In-depth knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization)
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and new technologies as well as safe handling of ChatGPT, Claude & Co.
• Experience with CMS and marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, OctoberCMS, Kajabi) is an advantage
• Independent working style, self-initiative, and joy in bringing in your own ideas
• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
