Role Overview

As a Technical Architect, AI & Agentforce, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You’ll lead the technical solution design across Agentforce, Data 360, and the broader Salesforce platform, and guide delivery teams from initial design through deployment.

You will have the opportunity to lead and own the complete technical solution design, collaborate with customers and teammates, oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, explore the limits and push the boundaries of AI agents, and design scalable and secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in application and software development
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
  • Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
  • Experience designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
  • Experience designing solutions on Salesforce Data 360
  • Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST APIs
  • Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Experience with using source control and branching/pull request strategies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
  • Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences, from developers to customer executives
