Neurocrine Biosciences is a biopharmaceutical company seeking a Sr. HCP Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of HCP marketing strategies to support Neurocrine’s growth objectives in CAH. The role involves developing disease state education and promotional materials, enabling the sales force, managing KOL relationships, and leading brand presence at major conferences and congresses.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in marketing or life sciences and 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product marketing, sales or pharmaceutical advertising agency
  • MBA preferred and 6+ years of similar experience noted above
  • PharmD or PhD and 4+ years of similar experience noted above
  • 3+ years of HCP marketing experience
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop clear, differentiated, and compliant messaging
  • Strong project management and operational execution skills
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and complex project plans
  • Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional partners
  • Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments
