Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is the operational lead for New Horizon Academy marketing, translating strategy, campaigns, and brand direction into effective execution across our markets and locations.

What You Will Do

The role oversees three connected areas of work: CRM and marketing automation, regional and school go-to-market planning, and marketing program and project management.

The Marketing Manager works closely with District Managers, Area Directors, RVPs, and leaders across the organization to develop and execute marketing plans that support enrollment growth, new market expansion, and the overall New Horizon Academy brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of marketing experience, including direct experience managing a CRM or marketing automation platform
• Experience with multi-location, multi-market, regional, franchise, or B2C services marketing strongly preferred
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans in partnership with field or operations leadership
• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and project management platforms
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content, SEO, social media, and marketing performance metrics
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication, collaboration, consultative, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior and field leadership
• Comfortable working independently, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating internal and external resources to achieve results
• Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and customer service
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately
