Manager Financial Planning and Analysis

Role Overview

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and related business analysis while strengthening financial decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

The Manager will lead the annual budget, periodic forecast, and long-range planning processes, own monthly performance reporting, manage operations and maintenance expense planning, and develop and maintain financial and economic models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial planning, management reporting, financial statements, and business and cost drivers.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw sound conclusions.
• Ability to explain financial results and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior leaders and non-finance audiences.
• Strong business-partnering skills, including the ability to build productive relationships, constructively challenge assumptions, and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional processes or projects and drive accountability for deliverables.
