Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly proactive, strategic, and hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager who loves building from the ground up. This role will position Newcode against the other competitors to win in the legal market.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support Newcode’s growth, pipeline, brand, and commercial objectives. Manage campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You should be equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the details—from developing a campaign strategy to writing the copy, launching the campaign, and analyzing the results.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in a AI / tech start up
• 5+ years experience in AI / legal tech
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus
