Role Overview
The Content Marketing Manager will lead content planning, editing, and production, mentor writers, and help ensure our content is clear, useful, accurate, brand-aligned, and optimized for search. The role will shape content that engages customers, supports business goals, and performs across traditional search engines and evolving AI-powered discovery experiences.
What You Will Do
The Content Marketing Manager will lead editorial planning, develop and maintain editorial standards, review and edit drafts, ensure content answers customer questions, and provide actionable editorial feedback. The role will also create and maintain a content calendar, translate SEO recommendations into clear editorial direction, and use AI responsibly to support research, briefing, editing, optimization, and analysis.

Requirements

- Experience using SEO insights to shape briefs and improve drafts
- Strong writing and editing background
- Proven leadership and training skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching content writers
