Role Overview
This role exists to own NexHealth’s pipeline number and build the demand system behind it. The Director of Demand Generation will accelerate what’s already working, build what doesn’t exist yet, and turn demand generation, marketing operations, and events into one accountable system the business can plan around.
What You Will Do
Own the pipeline number, build and deliver the multi-channel demand plan against MQL and pipeline targets, run three motions without collapsing them into one, manage the channel portfolio, launch NexHealth’s first ABM program, make events a pipeline channel, own marketing operations and data integrity, and build and lead the team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, including pipeline outcomes they personally owned and can walk through in detail. They will also have experience owning demand generation and marketing operations together, or running demand generation in close partnership with operations.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
- Experience owning demand generation and marketing operations together
- A background in a high-volume SMB motion
- A track record of building or substantially scaling an ABM program
- Hands-on fluency with marketing automation (HubSpot or equivalent) and CRM
- Proven experience managing people
- Root-cause thinking
- Comfort building the plan rather than receiving one
