Sales Manager

Role Overview

This is a part-time Sales Manager role at Next’s Cork Opera Lane store. You will lead and inspire a team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible working options are available.

What You Will Do

Support the store management team across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed. Manage a team to deliver service and accurate stock processes, create a motivating atmosphere, demonstrate a hands-on approach for commercial and operational activities, and ensure communication is up-to-date.
