Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. You will support the Store management team across all product areas, manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes, and create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a team, creating a fantastic shopping experience for customers, adapting to change quickly, and making sound business decisions. You will also be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, confidently challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas to take the business forward.
