Data Scientist

Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading end-to-end data science efforts within the FPL Offerings (FPLO) organization, developing algorithms, modeling techniques, and optimization methods for analyzing and reporting financial information.

What You Will Do

Develop machine learning, optimization, and other modeling solutions, create and maintain financial reports on the FPLO Finance PowerBI dashboard, and support product teams to create and execute channel and product growth strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline)
• 4+ years of experience in data science, quantitative analysis, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline
• Certified Power BI Data Analyst
