Requirements
- 2+ years of proven inside sales success in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
- Industry knowledge (preferred): 1+ years selling UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, PaaS, or similar tech solutions
- Pipeline Powerhouse: Proven success managing pipelines in Salesforce CRM with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Consultative Confidence: Skilled in consultative selling and discovery, aligning Nextiva solutions directly to measurable customer outcomes
- Proactive Deal Driver: Demonstrated ability to create urgency, maintain momentum, and rapidly progress deals to close
- AI Enthusiasm: Curiosity and excitement in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to level up your sales prep, pitch, and performance
- Operational Rigor: Commitment to disciplined documentation and rigorous operational execution
