Role Overview
As an AI Operations Analyst, you will support recruitment operations by managing workflows, maintaining process efficiency, and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment-related activities.
What You Will Do
Manage and support recruitment and talent acquisition operational workflows, utilize AI tools to support and improve recruitment processes, and ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in recruitment-related activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has hands-on Recruitment/TA Operations experience, practical knowledge of integrating AI tools into daily processes, and a solid understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, or related recruitment workflows
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and operational workflows
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms, including how they can be integrated into recruitment processes
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and make judgment-based decisions
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work onsite in Giga
- Experience with recruitment CRM platforms
- Exposure to AI-powered recruitment workflows
- Experience supporting recruitment technology or process improvement initiatives
