Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to NICE, uncovering their needs, and booking discovery calls with our Account Executives (AEs).

What You Will Do

You’ll research companies, identify key stakeholders, and craft targeted outreach strategies that open doors and create genuine sales opportunities. You’ll also log your activities, insights, and lead interactions accurately in our CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
