Role Overview
The role combines data analytics, SQL, data quality, data operations, automation, AI, and strategic project ownership. The Lead Data Operations Analyst will investigate challenging problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives that make operations more reliable, efficient, and scalable.
What You Will Do
Investigate complex data quality and operational issues, analyze large datasets, identify and lead data, automation, and process-improvement initiatives, and work closely with Operations, Engineering, Tooling, Product, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

- Strong SQL and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with BI tools
- Ability to independently take an ambiguous problem, structure it, investigate it, and turn it into a practical solution
- A data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and professional fluency in English and French
